GOOD TO KNOW
A few useful answers.
Where should I start?
Start with the equipment you already own. Put useful items together, check their condition and add only what fills a real gap.
How much is standard delivery?
Standard New Zealand delivery is NZ$19. Delivery is free when the goods total after discounts is NZ$100 or more.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery varies by product. Check the estimate in your cart before paying. Some radios and lighting have extended delivery or backorder periods, which you must accept at checkout. Items may arrive separately. We will contact you if an estimate changes; your cancellation and statutory rights remain unaffected.
Can I change my mind?
Our voluntary change-of-mind policy allows return requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to the returns policy. Consumer Guarantees Act rights are unaffected.
Are these products a complete emergency plan?
No. Choose equipment for your own household and follow current guidance from local authorities. Product instructions and limits still apply.
